Fall Fashion Forecast

Retail arts and crafts marketplace giant, Etsy, recently released their forecast for fall fashion. When it comes to jewelry, vintage and recycled pieces continue to grab attention. Retro-styled chokers, pearls and crystals take center-stage. Asymmetrical looks are hot, with earring collections in stackable styles making a splash. Bracelet sets are all the rage.

I have a few trend-influenced designs in mind, including velvet chokers with delicate charms, bracelets bedecked with freshwater pearls, and single-piece ear adornments so you can create your own looks. I’ll continue adding to the Tiny Treasures™ collection, featuring petite Czech glass pieces with a decidedly handmade look.

My love for gemstones will never die, and I’m adding several new stones in the next few weeks. Look for lots of moody blues and playful greens, bringing a cool breeze to summertime. I’ve got my hands on some beautiful samples of silk ribbon and I hope to be playing with those, as well.

Of course, I’ll be introducing new Halloween-inspired themes, with black cats, spooky moons and creepy skulls. If my plans work out, I’ll also have some festive sugar skull earrings for Día de los Muertos.
